Adam, Since it is not a security issue I would suggest going back to sending email from the 400. This can be application driven. The reply to can be customized so therefore the users do not have to receive on the 400. Basically no retraining of users as to how to send/receive email. Many of us have set up the sending of email from our 400's and really haven't found it to be that hairy of a deal. Failing that then maybe some of the paperless fax 400 options might be a solution.
