Reeve: No recommendation on design tools; but for editting the resulting text, I like NoteTab (not Notepad). So far, I've only used the free NoteTab Light, but I like it enough that I'm ready to pay the $10 for the paid version (maybe even the $20 Pro version) -- as soon as I run into something I need to do that this version won't do. I immediately make it the default editor on every system I get. http://www.notetab.com This is what a basic Windows text editor _should_ be like -- though I'll gladly try anyone's recommendation of something better.
