Hi! I'm using Html-Kit from www.chami.com after trying all the most popular (i.e. HomeSite, Arachnophilia, 1-st Page, etc.) after designing with Symantec's VisualPage 2.0 (why did they give it up?) or Namo Web Editor 5.0. Html-Kit is free has a lot of wizards which are already in the package or developped by users with a "plugin creator" using HK-Script language that can be downloaded free as well. IMHO the best I met for this job.
