Jim, I'm not sure if I agree or disagree, with either you or Janet. I'd like to hear her take on what that relevant level *is*. One reason some of my posts are too long is that I'm taking a shotgun approach to some problems. *I* sure don't know what that relevant level is, so I post food for thought. The responses tend to separate the wheat from the chaff. So Janet, or anyone else, what do you think the relevant level is, when discussing languages and techniques describing "best-practices"...?
