Kevin,

I have been using ILE for a few years now and I can think of
no negative aspects.  The positive far outweigh any
negatives that I could think of.

The biggest problem people have with ILE is the thinking.
It adds another layer of complexity, for example, with
OVRxxx commands.  But once that's understood, things are
great.

I would love to hear some of the arguments your collegues
had agains ILE.  Maybe it's something I just can't think of.

Its natural to not like change.  But when it's something
like ILE, it's well worth it.  It makes programming and
distribution much easier
