About the only key concept that's Really Important is that you will want a
librarian to track the creation of new functions.  If Jane writes a "number
to words" function for the A/P check system, and Dave writes another one for
the P/R system and Josie writes another one for the G/L system...  Well you
get the idea.  There needs to be a way that the team members can find out if
a function has already been written.
