Well I have been off.  I thought you wanted to send from the 4690 to the 400
not the other way around.  I know nothing of the 4690 Store Controller.

Yes the 400 issuing the RUNRMTCMD has the AS-RMTCMD host server listening 
on port 8475.
The crux of the matter is I don't know anything about the Flex OS 
operating system on the 4690's (another company installed those), and how 
to start (or even if there IS) a daemon task to listen for remote 
commands.
