Webfacing is a poor solution; it's really just a glorified screen-scraper. But then again, the concept of moving an existing program from monolithic green screen to a true client/server design is a lot of work that can't easily be packaged and sold, and developing a standard client/server infrastructure is a lot of work which doesn't immediately benefit IBM's bottom line.
