ODBC

I have connected to the 400 using ODBC only about a 1000 times.  I have a
400 which will only show the QGPL library upon trying to connect using ODBC.
Yes, I have set the library on the ODBC side.

Anyone know of any other reasons, I cannot see the library I have defined in
ODBC.
