What is "Program Services" ?

Could there be a rule that if a ptf is created to resolve your problem than
you dont have to pay?

or if a hardware problem was the cause but the troubleshooting path first
sent you to software support ...

also, many shops only have working hours support line support. So a call
after hours is billable.
