Which version of Client Access are you running ?  There is no 4.3 version.

The first version of CA Express (5769-XE1) was V4R4M0, and now V4R5M0 is out.
For Win95/NT there are versions (5763-XD1) V3R1M0, V3R1M1, V3R1M2, V3R1M3 & (the last and only one you should probably be using) V3R2M0.

We are running Client Access version 4.3 with the latest PTF/ Service packs
applied and we have noticed that PC's running Client Access and the Windows
2000 OS will not properly shut down.  We have applied the latest service
pack to Windows 2000 as well.  Has anyone else had this problem and does
anyone know of a fix for it?
