Neil, I think the reason they think they are running 4.3 is that when you first start an emulation session the little white screen does in fact say that it is running Express 4.3. The first version of CA Express (5769-XE1) was V4R4M0, and now V4R5M0 is out. For Win95/NT there are versions (5763-XD1) V3R1M0, V3R1M1, V3R1M2, V3R1M3 & (the last and only one you should probably be using) V3R2M0.
