I figured it was something like that.  Thanks for your reply.  We have an
ethernet adapter on order, but that's not due in until next month.

Chalk our error up to the new e-config program.  We had no training and it
is horrible.

Once I get the other adapter running, Can I configure Win2k or WinNt on the
INS and then the INS will run TCP/IP?

You have a problem.  You can no longer run AS/400 TCP/IP or other
communications through the new INS on the 270 or 8xx systems. Since the
270 supports ONLY the new INS you are stuck.  Type *BASE is not
supported on the 700MHz INS. (It's OS/2 you know and we wouldn't want to
support that!)
