RE: Replace SEU with Code/400???

Just a little off the path, but, well, its Friday.

Why wasn't SEU ever fully brought up to speed to it's grandchild 
(maybe great-grandchild) on the mainframe side:  ISPF ?

ISPF had alot of features we never saw on the AS/400, and it seemed like
the 'upgrade' / since the mainframe folks already had it, would have been 
a nit.  Of course I do not delve into MI, so maybe my 'peon understanding'
just cannot comprehend.
