I recall the days when I was at Clemson working with CEDIT (Clemson
Editor) which was a home grown editor...then I went to the midrange
world...and lost alot of functionality I was used to..

Heck, maybe someone's got more time than I do and can write one that's got
all the flexibility, customized pcalls, etc, that can edit into both src
code and splfs, etc., and allow for macro functions, etc....
