We had problems with the "reverse DNS lookup" as well.  We had to remove a
PTF
SF5xxxx something to get is working again.  I have no problems with new
fixes and 
stuff, however new functionality needs to be specified along with the CUM
fixes.

There is a "reverse DNS lookup" PTF (SF60283 for V4R3).  In my original
post "UPSET W/IBM SOFTWARE SUPPORT" I mentioned the slowness of
Client Access (and especially Ops Nav) in general.  This PTF helped
tremendously to speed it up. Check with IBM to see what PTF applies to
your release.  Good Luck!

I don't think anyone in Rochester remembers how to create CL
Commands.
I think it is a lost art in Rochester.
