We did that once. Actually we put a 6299 in the other building and ran seven devices there. As far as which wires, that is dependent on which two your AT&T adapter (I assume it's a Balun of some sort) needs. Different ones need different wires. Sometimes it's written on it, look for something like 3/6 or 4/5. Those would be the wires needed. I also have available to use AT&T Adapters that receive in a RJ45 plug and output Twinax. Thinking that Twinax only uses two wires, does anyone know what positions of the eight on the RJ45 these wires would need to be connected? Has anyone done anything similar to this and if so has it worked reasonably well, if at all? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
