I assume that the files are in the S/36 environment library? Then
use the command IDDU to define the files.

Subject: transfer of s36 files from as400 to excel

We have just completed a s36 to as400 migration. I cannot transfer the s36
files from the AS400 to a spreadsheet as it reads each record as one field.

Has anybody managed to do this

Regards

Conor Farrell
