"strong" is used by FP.  <b> is used by everything else it seems.  I think
<b> is the standard, and <strong> is newer.  Some WYSIWYG editors don't even
recognize <strong>.

I made the switch from FP to Dreamweaver and have to get rid of all the
<strong>, <small>, etc. and use REAL tags like <font>, <b>, etc.

Acutally most are programmed for IE or NS 4 or up.  Especially if you want
to do neat stuff like layers.
