As fas as being designed to maximize consulting revenue I don't think BPCS 
comes close to 
SAP.  But then has anyone received a competitive quote?  Has the Gartner Group, 
or any such 
organization, published figures as to the average consulting chunk spent.  
Consultants might 
object to any comparison because every situation is unique, target customer 
base, etc.
