Citrix is a product that runs in an NT environment. It allows you to run NT,
and NT applications, on older PC's and network stations. You can load up the
latest versions of MSWord, Notes, whatever on these platforms. All of the
processing is done on the server. Sort of turns your PC or network station
into the concept of twinax 5250 workstation. We've had a problem with a user
loading games into his PC. He ain't going to do that with a netstation, yet
he'll still be able to access the rest of his applications.

Our test Citrix server is a P2-350 with a single processor. Our network
utilization has DROPPED since using Citrix. Remember the only data passed
now is the screen shots. We have a P3-500 dual processor with 1GB of memory
on order for our production Citrix server. We've tested this with 8 concurrent
users, over the Wide Area Network and they've been really happy. Even used
the 8235 for dial in. The production server should support 80 users fat and
happy.
