Bob's time matched me just fine.  I am in Indiana and we don't do daylight 
savings time.  We are always on Eastern Standard Time.

Nope.  Still came through as -0000 offset, which for me means it shows
as being sent at about 10:11am.  But maybe NT is dumb enough to need a
reboot before your change takes effect?

Incidentally, if your email software lets you display the "raw"
message format, you can see for yourself the GMT offset of each
machine the message passes through.  For example, this is a snipet
from your raw message header:

Received: by localhost with Microsoft MAPI; Fri, 21 May 1999 14:11:01

Where the -0000 is the hours and minutes offset from UTC, but should
be -0500 for Central Daylight Time.  You can send me private email for
further tests if you wish, to keep this off the forum.
