No, but I think that is because the local mailserver here date stamps
everything with PDT/PST as it is recieved.

I know this is off subject, but several on this list have complained
that I "reply before the question is posted". This is because the gmt
offset under WinNT is (was?) out of wack.
I have just made a change. Does the time look ok now? I am sending
this at 2:10pm my local time (an hour behind the east coast).
