Check the CCSID of your IFS file, I believe that is what determines
what the file is converted to. You can set the CCSID of an IFS file by
using the MOV command.

Not sure why I needed a table (probably cause I missed something in the manual)
instead of using the CVTDTA(*AUTO) DBFCCSID(*FILE) STMFCODPAG(*PCASCII) but
the file was garbage...
