Did not realize what the default value for STMFCODPAG(*STMF) really did until 
re-reading it now.  I changed the value to *PCASCII for the first run and then 
used *STMF.  Thanks for catching that!

Check the CCSID of your IFS file, I believe that is what determines 
what the file is converted to.  You can set the CCSID of an IFS file by 
using the MOV command.
