What does the system tell you when the call comes in ???(QSYSOPR)

Do you have switch on both modems in correct location ?

Do you have the line varied on ??

Do you have controller varied on ??

If in a PBX, is this line isolated away from rotary ??(data line in PBX)
                                                      (is not good)
Are you getting ring indicator on answering modem ???

Have you tried calling the answering modem with a normal telephone ??
(How did it answer or did it answer ??)

You got 7852-400 on both ends ??
