I have used the IBM Network Printer's (which I think work the same way as
the InfoPrint platform) for the last 1.5 years
and their functionality and reliability have been quite good.

They solved all the printing problems we were having using CA/400 and Host
Transform...

What do you mean by "user hostile""???
