We seem to have trouble doing normal printer-control type operations such as cancelling print jobs. Maybe it's because we are sharing the printer on the LAN with 2 AS/400's although that shouldn't be so unusual. It seems the the user interface on the printer is imcomplete. We've often found that, once we get into trouble with a particular print job, there appears to be no way out except to power off the printer. One problem is that the manual comes on CD (Adobe Acrobat). We haven't gotten around to printing it and puting it in a binder because it gets kinda busy around here.
