1. Download and apply PTF SF53742, and any requisites that download with
it.  You will need to end MSF and SMTP to do that.                      
2. Before restarting the SMTP Server, enter:                            
     CRTDTAARA QUSRSYS/QTMSCLEAN TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(1) VALUE('W')          
   You may have to do this several times, before the offending item is  
   removed.  You can replace the 'W' in the VALUE parameter with a 'C'  
   if you get tired of recreating the data area and restarting SMTP; be 
   advised, however, that this will result in the loss of some mail.
