Thanks for the help guys - still not working though

Firewall is not an issue this is all within our intranet and our
firewall is not on the 400
DNS looks to be setup ok and is working 
I couldn't see any problem with the MSF jobs.

Glen - which redbook are you refering to ?  I looked a couple but (TCP,
E-Mail Capabilities) no chapter 10

I can't seem to find any trace of the e-mails ?

I believe we have the latest PTF's
