John, The Red Book ch. 10 will help you do problem determination. You first have to determine if it's the SMTP server on the AS/400 or if it's firewall related. There was a lot of new PTFs for v4r3 for the firewall and smtp. Make sure you get them all. Have you restarted the mail relay on the firewall? Glenn Gundermann Ronald A.
