Making the large leap that you are usting TCP/IP in your network, it is
simple to access the AS/400 from the Ethernet systems.  Connect the NT
Server to both the T/R and the Ethernet and turn on IP forwarding on the
NT Server.  You may have to add a route on the AS/400 that specifies the
NT box as the gateway back to the ethernet segment.  You will probably
have to tell the Windohs95 machines that the NT box is the gateway to
the AS/400 as well.

If you are using SNA then it's much less fun. Convert to TCP/IP.
