Michael;

        Two Words:  Pay IBM.

        A couple months ago, a customer wanted us to move their AS/400. Same
scenario, not far, just two cabinets, and "we have a company van...".
We declined and told them to hire IBM (IBM Contracted a moving
company). GREAT MOVE. Upon arrival up the road the system was dead.
Fourtunately the CE had taken it apart, put it in the truck, taken it
out of the truck and put it back together. There was ABSOLUTELY NO
QUESTION who had to fix it. And he did.

        My. $.02
