The message your getting is telling you that the service pack level of CA on
the AS/400 is at a lower level than what you have on your PC and is asking
if you want to DOWNGRADE the PC to that level (this is something you don't
want).

The best way to get rid of this message for V3R1M2 release of CA is to take
the Check Service program out of the Startup folder on the PC.

When you upgrade to V3R1M3 of CA you won't get this message if the PC is at
a newer service pack level than the 400 has.
