Should not need a routing entry, add a device name entry into the new sbs for QPADEV*, I believe the the cmd is ADDWSE, see below. Add Work Station Entry (ADDWSE) Type choices, press Enter. Subsystem description . . . . . mis Name Library . . . . . . . . . . . *LIBL Name, *LIBL, *CURLIB Work station name, or . . . . . qpadev* Name, generic* Work station type . . . . . . . *ALL, 3179, 3180, 3196... Job description . . . . . . . . *USRPRF Name, *USRPRF, *SBSD Library . . . . . . . . . . . Name, *LIBL, *CURLIB Maximum active jobs . . . . . . *NOMAX 0-1000, *NOMAX Allocation . . . . . . . . . . . *SIGNON *SIGNON, *ENTER I think you will need to start sbs MIS in your startup program otherwise if another interactive sbs starts, the devices will be alocated there. You can also do a TFRJOB to the new SBS in the user's initial program.
