AAAArrrgghhhh !   Never, EVER install a release/new machine and turn it
over to the users WITHOUT install =ing a PTF cum package (preferably the
latest one).  You're just asking for trouble.
Also check the informational APAR for your release (SNDPTFORD SF98vrm
where vrm=410 for example) and look for HIPER PTF's you possibly want to
install.
