transform a tab delimited file (which excel can produce) to a positional record
that can be FTP'd to the AS/400. If you'd like a copy, it's free and on my web
site. The program name is FLATULATE. (Sort of gives you a flavor for how much I
appreciated this CA functionality.)

Using VBA within Excel, you could easily produce a file for FTP-ing to the host
of choice.
