BYPASS assumes that the fields in the database which represent dates are
known.  From this base it then tracks the usage of all year sensitive fields
throughout the system.  That;s not to say that it won't find dates in the
database that you didn't identify, most times it will because of their
connections with other data.  It will also identify dates in the source which
are derived from things like *DATE and the TIME opcode.
