        The best way is to look at the Asynchronous Communications 
Programmer's Guide. I have an old version but Appendix C has the "Code 
Conversion Tables " in it. This table shows that the EBCDIC 6A is 
Translated to an ASCII 7C.  

        The table is the default used by QTBXLATE. If the defaults do not 
work you can create your own tables using the CRTTBL functions.
