System 38 education??? -- MIDRANGE-L

The nephew of a programmer here has taken a job at a site
which desires to convert from a System 38 to a AS400.
He is taking  AS400 classes but he knows nothing about System 38.
He ask if there is any sort of education available (books, classes) on System
38.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
