My home grown version of CRTMIPGM allows a %INCLUDE directive to pull in standardized common MI routines and a conditional pair of bracketing %IFDEF and %END which optionally includes code based on comparison with a parameter on the command. This was useful for MI differences between S/38 and AS400. Depth of nesting allows %INCLUDEs within %INCLUDEs to the second level.
