My home grown version of CRTMIPGM allows a %INCLUDE directive to pull in 
standardized common MI
routines and a conditional pair of bracketing %IFDEF and %END which optionally 
includes code based on
comparison with a parameter on the command.  This was useful for MI differences 
between S/38 and
AS400.  Depth of nesting allows %INCLUDEs within %INCLUDEs to the second level.
