If you create the PTF with a precondition check and the checked
precondition is active; then PTFs applied with DELAYED(*IMMDLY) will be set
to be applied at the next unattended IPL.

All,

Anybody know how to change a PTF, in a save file, so that it will be
Delayed
instead of immediate.  Better yet how can we create the PTF so that it is
Delayed to start with - Currently the API doesn't seem to allow for this.
