Jeff, I did not mean to bash Infor, but when no one knows the algorithm for licensing (just for a new machine at lease end), and it is all subjective to the affiliate and/or Infor, i believed this was the forum to gather information and experiences. However, to those I have offended, my apologies. Other responses please email me offline aneal@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I have greatly appreciated the responses. They have been forwarded to our manager. It is nice to know that there is much room for negotiation. I personally love XA. Everything works logically and I have worked with various installations since 1982. The support is the best and the platform (iSeries) the greatest. I just don't want this elusive licensing thing to be the wedge that (could possibly) drive us away from XA and the iSeries platform in the future! Thanks Jeff Snyder, CPIM
