Hi Pete,If you have a number formatted as text in the download, in the Excel column it is aligned left. (drag the column to oversized) If you go into the cell and go out again by entering, you see the number go to the right.

Morning everyone.I am trying to take an excel spreadsheet that I initially created from the 400 with data. Some data was keyed inot columns that I provided. When I try to transfer the spreadsheets back to the 400 I am getting errors that data in this field is incorrect or does not match the PC data type. I think what has happened is the users keyed into a flds that they were not meant to. I have tried using the data transfer off the client access session.
