I am trying to take an excel spreadsheet that I initially created from the 400 with data. Some data was keyed inot columns that I provided. When I try to transfer the spreadsheets back to the 400 I am getting errors that data in this field is incorrect or does not match the PC data type. I think what has happened is the users keyed into a flds that they were not meant to. I have tried using the data transfer off the client access session. I have also tried using the data transfer option on the speadsheet itself. Neither works. Hope this makes sense..... Is there a way to prevent this??? Thanks in advance...
