Al, I don't think it will happen anytime soon. Many of the applications are pre-CUA and the decision was made rightly or wrongly to keep existing customers with familiar command key assignments and behavior (press enter to validate changes) stable while following the new conventions in the newer applications. On top of that the GUI screen scrapper product is built on top of those same definitions. Changing the green screen would break the GUI product. This also accounts for the reluctance to change screens within a release.
