Just to rub it in a bit since we upgraded to our dual processor 270 it is tough to ever find a job in a queue to move and we rarely ever get a conflict. Trying to trap printer output is a real challenge. To make sure the system is still running and to have something to watch we kick off a few MRP runs. j/k of course :) Seriously if you do have any long running reports that you want to run outside the MAPICS job control system find the CL that runs the job and strip out the AMZ activity to the JOBACT file. Then you can run them anywhere you want. Otherwise be very careful. Note that the Synon apps pretty much have their own control system so they are less sensitive.
