Tom,

Setup a special charge master to add the surcharge.  This add the additional
dollars to the bottom of the invoice with a description of your choice.  If
you need to change the base price you might want to set a price book with a
markup value for the products affected.

We have a plastics blow-molding plant that is experiencing some major
increases in raw material (resin) costs right now.  We would like to
implement a surcharge in COM based on part weight.  Anyone doing
something like this or have any ideas?
