We've done some primitive things in the past like 'misc items' for expedite fees, engineering fees, even special packaging, etc. But this practice goes back over ten years and hasn't changed. Hopefully when we implement MAPICS price books we'll have some better options along those lines. Unfortunately our pricing data & methods are still outside of MAPICS, but not for long. Good luck, hopefully someone with price book experience will add something? We would like to implement a surcharge in COM based on part weight. Anyone doing something like this or have any ideas?
