I believe they run interactively, but if you really have to have something
updated right now...  The only ones we use are those by range.  If you put
in the same number for the "from" and "to", it's reasonably quick since it's
only a single order.  If you decide to refresh all of a type, it'll be
considerably longer.

You would think if they wrote those options for you, they would then include
them for everyone else. BTW, do those options get submitted or are they
interactive - who writes jobs like that, that tie up a session (no matter
how long)?  My customers would clobber me if I did that.
